Our client is looking for teams of enthusiastic people to take on the role of Tomato Pickers for their commercial farm located in Turner Beach, Tasmania. Commencing as soon as and the role sees you picking tomatoes ready for market.

You will be needed for 2 days a week (Monday and Thursday). Each day will be work 6-8 hours.

This is a busy job but will provide you with great experience and a fun team environment. Those who perform well will have increased opportunities for future roles following on from the finalisation of the season.

Full training is provided to all new candidates along with weekly pay transferred directly to your account. This is a piece rate role, which means you determine how much you earn!

Your Skills & Experience

You must be physically capable, without previous injuries or allergies and be committed to the full season. We are looking for people who are strong team players and are focused on maintaining a culture of safety for yourself and others. To be considered for the role, please ensure you can prove the following:

• Manual harvesting of tomatoes
• Standing for long periods
• Manual handling and lifting of 10-12 kgs
• Other duties as requested.
• Committed to getting to work on time
• Have a positive attitude
• High level of WHS
