Applications are now open for skilled and unskilled process worker in the Macadamia Processing Factory located in the Toowoomba, Qld.

This is a challenging and fast paced environment with a variety of roles on offer. Applications are competitive and based on previous skill and experience. As a process worker you will play an integral role in ensuring all processes and activities are undertaken efficiently, safely and performed with a high attention to detail.

The role sees you sorting and packaging products to the highest standard for clients and consistently adhering to strict quality control and a clean and safe work environment. Dependent on the type of role, some of these jobs will also counts towards 88 days of regional work for Visa holders.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Sorting and packaging to the highest standard
• Adhering to quality control and industrial standards
• Cleaning
• Other labouring duties as requested

Your Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience with a range of labouring duties, with previous work experience in a factory environment highly regarded. You will need to be proactive and a keen team player, who is flexible, reliable and has a 'can do' attitude.

To be considered for the role, it's important you can address the following criteria:

• Previous factory labouring experience is highly advantageous
• Previous labouring experience is preferred
• Professional references to support the above
• Be flexible with requested tasks
• Willing to work alternate hours if required
• Committed to the entire season (approx. six months)
• Have good level of English
• Able to work independently, unsupervised and as a team

• Own transport
